01 · The door
Most of the photographers in this logbook tried the door alone, and it didn't open. Pit access is the cost of entry to the Collective, already paid.
02 · In the pit
Every entry below was shot next to one founder or one senior member. One mentor per show, paired up front. Light, distance, when to stay still.
03 · The work yields
You keep the byline. Wherever the image goes, Front Row, partner press, your portfolio, the credit goes with it. Contract clause 4.2.
04 · Open ended
Some members go on to paid shoots, some find out the scene isn't for them. Both answers are fine. The crew stays the crew.
